2. Account Registration & Security

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately at support@alltheluxora.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscription Plans & Payment

  • We offer two subscription tiers:Ā Starter PlanĀ andĀ Pro Plan, priced as listed on our website.
  • All fees are charged in US Dollars (USD) and are due at the start of each billing cycle.
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

4. Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • No additional charges will be incurred after cancellation, but fees already paid are non-refundable (see Refund Policy below).

5. Refund Policy

  • All subscription fees areĀ non-refundableĀ once charged.
  • If a significant service outage or technical failure caused by Nexvora AI prevents you from using the service, you may contact us within 7 days to request a review of your case.

  • All content, software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and materials on the Nexvora AI platform are our exclusive property and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of our platform without our prior written consent.
  • Any data or content you upload or input while using the service remains your property.

When using our services, you agree not to:

Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
